Dennis Quinn, of the Fort Dodge Police Department. Quinn said it appeared the driver, who was not identified Thursday night, drove at a pretty fast speed before bailing out of the vehicle. The Iowa Department of Natural Resources was contacted. The Fort Dodge Police Department and Fort Dodge Fire Department were on scene.

No injuries were reported.

The man driving the vehicle was transported by the police to the Webster County Law Enforcement Center.
