Wernimont to perform at Fonda Arts Center
FONDA — Joel Wernimont takes the stage at the Fonda Arts Center at 2 p.m. on Sunday. The location is the northwest corner of Fourth and Main. Admission, as always, is free, as are refreshments. Wernimont was born and raised on a farm in western Iowa and studied Music Composition at McNally Smith College of Music in St. Paul, Minnesota. While initially focusing on writing and recording music for TV advertisements in the Twin Cities, he later transitioned to Nashville to write for other artists and define his own sound.
