FDPL adult and teen coloring Tuesday

Fort Dodge Public Library, 424 Central Ave., will hold adult and teen coloring sessions from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 5:30 to 7 p.m. Tuesday in the library’s large meeting room. Coloring sheets and coloring utensils will be available. If you are a long-time coloring fan or prefer to use your own supplies, feel free to bring them along and enjoy the company. Savor Iowa’s Culinary History — Author Darcy Maulsby and Potluck — Kendall Young Library patrons are invited to bring your favorite Iowa dish at 5:30 p.m. Monday and join us for a scrumptious potluck and program by author/storyteller, Darcy Maulsby. WEBSTER CITY – Kendall Young Library will be celebrating library card month with special sign-up/renewal prizes and lots of great events for all ages. One Card…Endless Possibilities. Adult/teen department — Each new card or renewal will receive a KYL reward throughout the month of September. Children’s department — Throughout the month of September, each juvenile patron will receive a book with a new card or renewal.

The Catholic Daughters Court 216 meeting will be held on Thursday at the Corpus Christi Center beginning with Mass at 6 p.m. followed by dinner, guest speaker from the Fort Dodge Police Department to talk about scams and a business meeting.
