To the editor:

On June 7, the residents of Webster County have the opportunity to vote for a new county supervisor. As voters we should be focused on selecting a candidate that can provide progress while maintaining tradition. Bob Thode is a lifelong resident of Webster County. He is a seasoned public servant in Webster County, has extensive supervision and management experience and wants to see Webster County thrive and grow economically.

Thode understands the need for better opportunities for the residents of Webster County. Thode’s years of experience working to operate with a balanced budget will serve us well by keeping a watchful eye on county spending so as to provide efficient services to the citizens. I believe that Bob will manage our tax dollars wisely and provide guidance so our county departments operate effectively. Please join me in voting for Robert (Bob) Thode on June 7.
