Southern Fort Dodge intersection to be closed
The northern half of 15th Avenue South at 22nd Street will be closed to traffic beginning Monday, according to the Fort Dodge city engineering staff. It will be closed for about six weeks.
Traffic on 15th Avenue South will be reduced to one lane there.
Southbound traffic on 22nd Street will not be able to enter 15th Avenue South.
Vehicles heading to the regional landfill south of Fort Dodge should take 32nd Street to 15th Avenue South and then get on South 22nd Street.
