Man arrested in Humboldt County after pursuit
One man is in custody after he led officers on a vehicle pursuit that started Monday afternoon at John F. Kennedy Memorial Park in Fort Dodge and ended in Humboldt County, according to Lt. Mark Miller, of the Iowa State Patrol.
The pursuit started when officers with the Iowa Department of Natural Resources attempted to serve the man with a warrant. Miller said the pursuit led officers from Kennedy Park north to Badger and ultimately ended somewhere in Humboldt County, he said.
The DNR is handling the investigation, Miller said.
Iowa State Patrol troopers assisted during the pursuit.
The Webster County Sheriff’s Department and Fort Dodge Police Department were also involved.
