FDPL holding adult and teen board game night is Monday

Join the Fort Dodge Public Library, 424 Central Ave., for a fun time with both classic and new board and card games. There will be a wide variety available, but you’re welcome to bring your own too. Homer Threshing Bee is Aug. 23 and 24

HOMER — The Homer Threshing Bee is 8 a.m. Aug. 23 and 24 in Homer, eight miles north of Stratford on Hamilton County Road R21. The bee will feature Hart-Parr, Oliver and Cockshutt tractors and equipment, antique displays and demonstrations. Admission is $5 per person and is good for both days.
