DES MOINES — The Drake Relays are here, as qualifiers have been officially announced for the 116th edition of “America’s Athletic Classic.” Events take place all week, with the high school portion starting on Thursday from Drake Stadium. The 45th annual Dodger Relays will be held on the girls' side Thursday - if the weather cooperates. The forecast is calling for showers and possibly heavy thunderstorms.
