Ball organizers say thank you

To the editor, On behalf of the St. Edmond family, we would like to sincerely thank the community for the overwhelming support of the 39th annual Friends of St. Edmond Ball. The St. Edmond Catholic School System has been fortunate to be able to offer affordable Catholic education in the Fort Dodge community for over 60 years and proceeds from the Ball are essential to funding the operational expenses of the school. It is truly a system where values and academics meet and we were blown away by the generosity of businesses and individuals who helped us accomplish this ...

Thank you to Lori Branderhorst, Chad Graaf and Kody Linder for letting this happen. It does ...

Dart Tournament was successful

To the editor: The Moose Lodge would like to thank you for your support of the first annual Jeff Jenkins Dart Tournament held on March 19. We had a great turnout from the local dart players and it was wonderful to see you all. With monetary donations and pet supplies, we raised over $2,000 for Almost Home. Special thanks to Tom Thumb for supplying the buns and to Fareway for the hamburger. Without your continued support, fundraisers such as these are not possible. Please remember to support your local businesses. Thanks again and hope to see you all next year! Vicki Meyer Fort Dodge
