To the editor: A great man for the job of Webster County supervisor is Austin Hayek. His strong faith and Christian standards are modeled in the home, workplace, community and in his daily life. Thinks Grassley won’t finish his term

To the editor: Once again, Charles Grassley is asking Iowans to give him six more years in the Senate. At the end of the term he will be 95 years old. In his previous seven terms, his performance has been mediocre at best and in the last five years, under the influence of Trump, he has been a disgrace. Of course, Grassley does not intend to serve the full term. In two years, after the presidential election, he will find it necessary to give up his seat in the Senate. At this time Gov. I’ve known Tommy for 36 years, it would be impossible to quantify the amount of times I have witnessed him helping people. His desire and willingness to listen and help is unmatched. To the editor, I would like to encourage the residents of Webster County to join me in support of Austin Hayek in his run for Webster County supervisor. I strongly believe that he is the right candidate for the job and will serve us well. I have known Austin for many years. He both attended and served on the board at Community Christian School.
