MASON CITY — The Fort Dodge boys soccer team lost their Class 3A postseason opener to Mason City on Tuesday. The Dodgers (2-11 overall) dropped a 4-1 decision to the Riverhawks (5-11-1). Bryson Hansel scored the lone goal for the Dodgers. Fort Dodge picked up two victories this season under first-year head coach Nic Huse. The Dodgers defeated Storm Lake and Waterloo East.
