WEST DES MOINES — Fort Dodge’s Anne Treep finished in the Top-20 at the West Des Moines Valley Lamson Invitational girls golf meet on Monday at Willow Creek.

Treep, a junior foreign exhange student from the Netherlands, carded a 45-47–92 to tie for 16th overall individually. She recorded four pars and 10 bogeys.

“Anne had some great shots — especially off the tee,” Dodger head coach Dave Louk said. “She ran into trouble a few times with her short game, and just not being familiar with the course, given this was her first time (playing at Willow Creek).”

Host Valley (326) was the winner, with Tiger standout Paige Hoffman scoring a 72 to take the individual crown.

FDSH freshman Alexis Kenney followed Treep’s effort with a 66-60–126. Junior Maddy Major had a 74-64–138.

The Dodgers return to action on Tuesday at Waukee.
