Gael boys lose to Kuemper
The St. Edmond boys tennis dropped a 9-0 decision to Carroll Kuemper on Thursday at Butler Courts.
Trent Woodhouse and Nelson Cook both lost 8-4.
Patrick Bocken and Woodhouse lost 8-4 in doubles.
“Unfortunately, we had another meet that didn’t quite go our way,” said St. Edmond head coach Megan Averill. “Nelson Cook and Trent Woodhouse played well in singles and they had some fantastic, smart points.
“Patrick and Trent had a nice doubles match as well.”
The Gaels are back in action on Tuesday when they host Clear Lake at 4:30 p.m.
