Fort Museum 'Haunting in the Village' is today

“A Haunting in the Village ... What could possibly go wrong???” is 7 to 10 p.m. today at the Fort Museum Frontier Village, 1 Museum Road. Tickets are $5 each, with a family maximum of $20. Children ages 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Clairvoyant at Fort Museum Opera House on Oct. 31 and Nov. 1

The Fort Museum Opera House is hosting Clairvoyant Dr. Rebecca Foster on Friday and Nov. 1 in the Opera House. Dr. Foster will do gallery readings from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday and Nov. 1. Cost is $32.29 per person. From 8:30 to 11 p.m. on Friday, Dr. Foster will do a VIP Investigation with limited seating for $52.93 per person. Schuh — 40 years

Mike and Deb Schuh, of Fort Dodge, will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary on Nov. 8. Cards may be sent to them at 931 S. 19th St., Fort Dodge IA 50501. Their family includes Lyle and Lauren Schuh, of Cedar Falls, and Martin and Mariah Schuh, of Fort Dodge. They have four grandchildren. Deb’s son Michael Keck, from her previous marriage, is deceased. Deborah (Schadegg) Keck and Michael Schuh were married on Nov. 8, 1985, at his parent’s home in Fort Dodge. He retired after 31 years with the Fort Dodge Post Office and she retired after 34 years with the Fort Dodge Post ...

VFW holding turkey dinner on Nov. 8

VFW Post is holding a turkey dinner on Nov. 8 at the VFW, 518 S. 29th St., serving from 4:30 p.m. until gone. The menu is turkey, dressing, real mashed potatoes and gravy, vegetable, dessert and coffee. Tickets are $12 per person, dine in or carryout. Everyone is welcome.
