The Webster County Historical Society will hold an open house from 3 to 6 p.m. on Tuesday in Room 143 at the Fort Dodge Public Library, 424 Central Ave. The theme for the open house is to honor past politicians that came from Fort Dodge and the Webster County area.
The Fort Dodge Public Library is having an Adult Winter Reading Challenge this year. The challenge runs through Feb. 28. Pick up reading logs at the library and turn them in for a chance to win weekly prize drawings from Dariette/Ardys Mae Coffee and Dessert, Stella’s Coffee Bar, and Bloomers Coffee. LEHIGH — The Lehigh Methodist Church will have its Second Sunday Supper from 5 to 7 p.m. on Sunday. This month we will be serving a variety of soups. We expect to have at least five different kinds of soup. There will also be desserts and drinks. The cost is a freewill donation.
The Fort Dodge Federated Garden Club will meet at 1 p.m. Feb. 17 at the Lion’s Den, 731 Exposition Drive. Michael Oberg from Becker’s will be presenting the new “Picks” for annual and perennial flowers for 2026. The public is welcome. There will be a light dessert at 1 pm with the program to follow.
