POCAHONTAS — Just like they have done all season, the Southeast Valley boys track and field team struck gold at a meet on Tuesday. This time, it resulted in the Jaguars claiming the Twin Lakes Conference championship. Southeast Valley scored 170 points, using a strong late finish to the meet to hold off Sioux Central. Manson Northwest Webster was third followed by GTRA, East Sac County, Alta-Aurelia, South Central Calhoun, Pocahontas Area and Emmetsburg.
