To the editor: I am writing this letter in support of State Rep. Ann Meyer. Anyone that knows me knows I am very passionate about our community. I’m also quite passionate about politics. To the editor: America’s newspapers provide the valuable service of information. At the top of many papers they have the First Amendment. That’s right, it was the very first one, so the founding fathers must have thought it was important. When we vote, think of our fellow Americans

To the editor: A democracy is a very fragile thing. It can easily be eroded. I revere our Constitution and Bill of Rights. The very first article in the Bill of Rights gives us freedom of religion, freedom of speech and freedom of the press. These rights are the very backbone of a democracy.
