The Northwest Iowa League of Cities announces its High School Senior Scholarship Program. WEBSTER CITY — Kendall Young Library Children’s Department will hold a variety of events in April. No School Movie Matinee — Patrons ages 8 years old through 12th grade (or with an adult) are invited to relax and watch a movie at 1:30 p.m. on April 29 in the Teen Area. Wednesdays movie will be “Garfield — A Tail of Two Kitties.” Movie length is one hour, 26 minutes. Bring a friend and popcorn will be provided. Community Christian School banquet is March 29

Community Christian School will host a Crusader Legacy Banquet from 5 to 7 p.m. on March 29 in the school gymnasium, 2406 9 1/2 Ave. S. Doors open at 4:30 p.m. There will be a silent auction fundraiser from 5 to 6 p.m. as well as a freewill donation dinner.
