FORT DODGE — The Fort Museum, 1 Museum Road, will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. FRIDAY, and noon to 4 p.m. SATURDAY and SUNDAY. Admission is $10 for adults, $8 for students and veterans with ID, $4 for children ages 5-17 and free for children ages 4 and younger.
FORT DODGE — Fort Dodge Farmers Market is 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. SATURDAY at 11 N. 25th St.
FORT DODGE — Karl L. King Municipal Band Concert is 7:30 p.m. SUNDAY at the Karl L. King Bandshell in Oleson Park. There is no admission charge, courtesy of the city of Fort Dodge. People attending are reminded to bring their own lawn chairs or blankets. No seating is provided.
FORT DODGE — Havenpalooza will be held from 3 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. FRIDAY at Friendship Haven, 420 Kenyon Road. Tickets are $15 for general admission, $75 for VIP admission. Admission is $5 for kids ages 12 and under. There will be live music from Kris Karr, Aaron Shoemaker, Spencer Suchan, Stadium Dr., and Jared Benson. Little Jammers Kid Zone will have activities for kids from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
FORT DODGE — A Juneteenth celebration kicks off at 9 a.m. with a basketball tournament SATURDAY at Meriwether Park in Pleasant Valley. A car show will be held, along with a short remembrance service. Several vendors will be available.

POCAHONTAS — Pocahontas Heritage Days will begin at 4 p.m. FRIDAY with a pickleball tournament. There will be an escape room from 4 to 7 p.m., puzzle competition beginning at 5 p.m., and Atari the Band will perform from 8 to 11 p.m. at Heritage Park. SATURDAY will begin at 7 a.m. with registration for the 8 a.m. Catholic School 5K Color Run at the American Legion Building; kolaches, coffee and quilted goods at 8 a.m. at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church; a burrito breakfast from 8:30 to 10 a.m., live music with Addie & Seamus from 9 to 11 a.m. at Heritage Park, a farmers market, Heritage Days parade at 11 a.m., live music with Larson Lee Trio from noon to 2 p.m.; bags tournament, escape room 1 to 7 p.m.; water inflatables from 1 to 4 p.m., bingo from 4 to 6 p.m., trivia night at 7 p.m., free kids movie at 7 p.m. at the Rialto (adults and teens have to pay for admission and concessions), fireworks at 10 p.m. There will be a painted rock scavenger hunt all weekend. Take a selfie with one of the six rocks and submit through the nearby QR code. Six rocks total will be hidden, so six chances to enter per person.
BADGER — The Badger Fire & Rescue Fireman’s Ball will be held beginning at 4:30 p.m. SATURDAY at the Badger Fire Station. The menu includes pork loin and pulled pork dinner from 4:30 to 7 p.m. There will be a live auction at 6 p.m. Jared Benson Band will perform at 8 p.m. Tickets are $15 at the gate, $5 for 12 and under, and free for under 5.
BREDA — The American Legion Riders District 8 Legacy Run will begin at 9 a.m. SATURDAY with registration at the American Legion Hall in Breda. Stops include Mulligans in Gowrie, Lucky Pig in Ogden, Just One More in Jamaica, Downtown Lounge in Glidden and back to the American Legion Hall in Breda. All vehicles welcome. $20 entry includes one poker hand. $10 per rider. All poker hands are $20.
LEHIGH — Lehigh River Days will begin at 5:30 p.m. FRIDAY with a Little Miss and Mr. River Days Pageant, 7 p.m. bags trounament, 7:30 p.m. glow volleyball, and 9 p.m. glow sports for kids. SATURDAY begins with a 5K run at 7 a.m. followed by a parade at 10:30 a.m., rummage sale from noon to 5 p.m., log roll competition at noon, mud volleyball at 12:30 p.m., bounce houses and kid activities in the afternoon, with White Rock performing by the river at 8 p.m. On Sunday, the Lions Club will hold a pancake breakfast from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., and a worship service will be held at the United Methodist Church at 10:30 a.m.
WEBSTER CITY — Phil Hester, a professional comic book artist and writer, will present a program at 1 p.m. SATURDAY at Mulberry Center Church, 220 Ohio St. in Webster City. The event is free, but donations will be appreciated.
WEBSTER CITY — Webster City Community Theatre presents “The Little Mermaid Jr.” at 7 p.m. FRIDAY, 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Saturday, and 2 p.m. Sunday at the theatre, 1001 Willson Ave. Tickets are $15 for adults and $12 for children aged 18 and younger.
