12th-ranked Tritons drop three games
It was a rough weekend at the ballpark for the Iowa Central baseball team. The 12th-ranked Tritons were swept by No. 11 Southeastern on their home turf, falling 9-5 on Saturday and 6-4 and 11-9 on Sunday. Iowa Central (25-4 overall, 4-3 in the ICCAC) had won 21 consecutive games before the series with the Blackhawks (20-8, 6-1).
