The Iowa Central softball team picked up a pair of doubleheader sweeps against ICCAC foes Northeast and Central in Nebraska over the weekend. With the victories, the Tritons (21-3 overall, 6-0 in the league) stretched their win streak to 18 in a row. On Saturday, Iowa Central swept Northeast by scores of 4-1 and 3-1 from Ta-Ha-Zouka Park. The No. 14 Iowa Central baseball team continues to pile up wins, finishing off a three-game sweep of DMACC in the ICCAC series opener here Saturday at Rogers Park. After besting the Bears last Friday, 14-6, the Tritons picked up a twinbill sweep by scores of 15-3 in five innings and 12-11. MASON CITY — The Fort Dodge girls secured eight Top-6 finishes here on Friday at the Iowa Alliance Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships, led by a pair of gold medal performances. MASON CITY — The Fort Dodge boys track squad established two new meet records at the Iowa Alliance Conference Indoor championships here on Friday. Dodger senior Noah Daniel set a new mark in the 60-meter dash with a time of 6.94. Daniel was also on the sprint medley relay quartet — joining junior Jamarius Echols, junior Sam Moser and junior Jayce Point — that went an IAC-best 3:50.6.
