Gael girls host triangular

The St. Edmond girls golf team finished third here at Lakeside Golf Course in a triangular. Webster City placed first with a 218, as Hayden McCoy was the runner-up with a 52. Charles City placed second followed by the Gaels. For St. Edmond, Abby Tofilon had the low-round, firing a 63. Ashlyn Swisher, Kaci McGonegle, Irelyn Derrig and Ann Veneziano all shot 67s, as Abby Webster carded a 70. Along with McCoy, Kenley Koop and Abby Heckert had 55s for the Lynx, as Carli Jessen shot a 56, Ellie Petersen a 57 and Alleyna Dawson a 58. Charles City’s Averi Wohlers was medalist with a 48.
