AMES — The Fort Dodge girls dropped a conference dual to Ames on Monday at Veenker Memorial Golf Course.

Junior Braxtyn Dencklau (54) led the Dodgers, followed by freshman Emma Lloyd (56).

Emersen Motl of Ames was meet medalist with a 42.
