Part of Triton Plaza to be closed
Triton Plaza between Kenyon Road and Avenue O will be closed from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on weekdays for about two weeks, according to the Fort Dodge Public Works Department. City crews will be doing concrete repairs there.
Five get academic honors at Mercy

SE to hold retirement celebration for three
St. Edmond Catholic School will be honoring Danielle Rathermel, Jon Koenig and Sheila Huebsch on May 22 at a retirement celebration. The open house will take place from 4 p.m.-5:30 p.m. at the school library and all are welcome to attend.
Auditions set for Stage Door children’s musical
Stage Door productions will perform its 11th annual children’s musical theater production “Frozen Jr.” July 18-20. Stage Door productions will be the first community group to do a production in the Center for Performing Arts at Iowa central Community College. The creative team consists of Alyssa Sparks, director; Megan Cassady, music director; and Emily Eastwood, choreographer.
