Fort Dodge police arrested Jeffery O. Holland, 60, of Fort Dodge, and charged him with assault while displaying a dangerous weapon.
In a criminal complaint filed against him, Sgt. Paul Samuelson wrote that Holland "assaulted the victim by slashing/stabbing him with a knife, causing injuries to the hand, chest and abdomen."
