The class is for those 16 years and older. Online registration is required. The class size is limited to 25 participants. The class is free.
Lenten fish fry
FORT DODGE — Knights of Columbus Lenten fish fry is 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. TODAY at Corpus Christi Center, 405 N. Eighth St. Dinners are $9 for fried or baked fish and $10 for shrimp or fish and shrimp. The dinners include French fries or baked potato, cole slaw, ice cream and beverage. Grilled cheese is $5 and children are $5.

GOWRIE — Wheels of Gowrie Youth Center pancake breakfast and silent auction skate fundraiser is 9 a.m. to noon SATURDAY at the Gowrie Community Center. Breakfast includes pancakes, sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, orange juice, milk and coffee. Suggested donation is $5 per person.
