UnityPoint Clinic Orthopedics has welcomed Christopher Palmer, M.D., to Fort Dodge. Dr. Palmer most recently worked as an orthopedic surgeon at UnityPoint Clinic Orthopedics and Sports Medicine in Dubuque.

He is board-certified in orthopedic surgery. Palmer is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy-Colorado Springs, Colorado. He received his medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham, Alabama, and completed a fellowship in sports medicine at the University of Tennessee Knoxville Orthopedic Clinic. Palmer is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and American Orthopedic Society for Sports Medicine.

He specializes in arthroscopic surgery and sports medicine.
