Mulroney elected Lions district governor
Mike Mulroney, a member of the Fort Dodge Noon Lions Club, was elected on April 6, to be 2024-2025 district governor of District 9 NW of Multiple District 9.
He has been a member of Fort Dodge Noon Lions Club for 12 years and served as club president before being elected district governor for the district in the northwest corner of Iowa. Mulroney succeeded Pat Essing of the Manson Lions Club as district governor.
The district convention was held at the Wild Rose Casino in Jefferson.
The Fort Dodge Noon Lions Club, a service organization, has served Fort Dodge for more than 100 years.
Mulroney and his wife, Cindy, are Realtors for RE/MAX of Fort Dodge.
