Otho UMC soup supper is today

OTHO — Otho United Methodist Church, Otho, is holding a soup supper from 4:30 to 7 p.m. today at the church. Soups being served are vegetable beef, chicken noodle, chili and cheesy potato for a freewill offering. The church is handicap accessible. FDPL adult DIY is Thursday

The Fort Dodge Public Library, 424 Central Ave., is hosting a DIY bookmarks afternoon for adults from 2 to 4 p.m. Thursday in the large meeting room. Knights of Columbus Fish Fry at Corpus Christi Center on Jan. 23

The Knights of Columbus will hold a fish fry from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Friday at the Corpus Christi Center, 402 N. Eighth St. The cost is $13 for fried, baked or shrimp dinner, $15 for a combo dinner, and $7 for grilled cheese or kid’s portion. The dinner includes a baked potato or fries, cole slaw, roll, ice cream, coffee and lemonade. Takeout will be available. No credit cards will be accepted.
