EAGLE GROVE — Southeast Valley cruised to a 64-0 victory over Eagle Grove on Friday night. The Jaguars (1-1 overall) were led on the ground from Brady Hanson. The senior ran for 186 yards and three touchdowns. Hanson scored from seven, 55 and 72 yards out. Cale Vansickle had touchdown runs of one and 57 yards. He threw 16 and 27 yard touchdown passes to Gauge Jones. Casey Hanson threw a 20 yard touchdown to Colin Johnson.
MANSON — The Manson Northwest Webster football team moved to 2-0 on the season with a 20-8 victory here Friday night over Ogden. Kamden Birkey rushed 28 times for 175 yards and scored two touchdowns to lead the Cougars. The senior found the end zone in the first quarter from six yards out and added his second score from 10 yards out before halftime. Logan Moline connected with Broc Patzner in the third on an 11-yard scoring strike to make it 20-0 in favor of MNW. Moline finished with 42 yards passing as Mason Anderson had two catches.
