CLARION — Southeast Valley stopped Clarion-Goldfield-Dows on the Cowboys’ homecoming week, pulling off a 20-13 victory. It was the second straight win for the Jaguars (2-1 overall) over the Cowboys (1-2) in the series, and their second in a row this season. Cale Vansickle and Brady Hanson both went over 100 yards. ALGONA — Defending champion Bishop Garrigan made it look easy for the second straight week. The Golden Bears (3-0 overall, 2-0 districts) cruised to a 56-7 win over Rockford (0-3, 0-1) on Friday Night. Both Trayton Cink and Tate Foertsch had two touchdowns each.
