Crash sends two to hospital

Two vehicles ended up in the yard of a Fort Dodge home Friday night following a collision at the intersection of 10th Avenue South and 21st Street. Apparently two people went to UnityPoint Health — Trinity Regional Medical Center. A boy was transported by ambulance and an adult went to the hospital in a private vehicle. The crash was reported at 9:13 p.m. and involved a car and a minivan. The impact sent both vehicles into the yard at 953 S. 21st St. Fort Dodge police and firefighters responded. The incident remained under investigation by police Friday night.
