Dodger girls run at Algona

ALGONA — The Fort Dodge girls finished ninth here Tuesday night at the Hannover Relays hosted by Algona.

The Bulldogs claimed top honors over Estherville-LC and Clear Lake. Humboldt was fourth, Bishop Garrigan and Webster City tied for sixth, and Manson Northwest Webster was eighth.

Natalie Johnson won the 100 and teammate Macy Knapp the 800 for Algona, while Alyssa Richman of Manson Northwest Webster claimed the 1,500.

Bishop Garrigan was crowned champions of the sprint medley.

For the Dodgers, the distance medley relay finished in third with the 4×400 relay placing fourth.

Lilly Davis was fourth in the 400 and Mackenzie McIlrath fourth in the 400 hurdles.

Maeleena Meyer was fifth in the 100 hurdles for Fort Dodge.
