EMILY JOY MCFARLAND

Emily Joy McFarland, devot­ed (older) twin sister of Jean McFarland, passed away Tues­day at the age of 58. She was born on May 29, 1965 and is preceded in death by her parents, Lorell (Mac) and Vangie McFar­land. Emily is survived by her sisters Jean McFarland and Jenny (Robert) McFarland, nephew, James Kopecky. Emily was devoted to all of her pets, particularly her cat, Lucy and dog, Josie.

The family wishes to thank Dr Amanda Kester and staff for the wonderful care the last five years as well as the compassionate doctors, nurses, OT/PT and palliative care staff at Methodist Hospital for the support and kindness provided to Emily, Jean and Jenny.

A private, family-only service will be held at a later date.
