WEBSTER CITY — The Iowa State Patrol released the names of the two drivers who died in the crash on U.S. Highway 20 in Hamilton County Wednesday. According to the Iowa State Patrol accident report, Joseph Kennedy, 69, of Alden, who was driving a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado pickup, was pronounced dead at the scene. Aaron Scott Gomez, 40, of Harlingen, Texas, was driving a 2020 Ram 1500 pickup. Gomez was taken to the Van Diest Medical Center in Webster City, where he was pronounced deceased. WEBSTER CITY — A two vehicle accident has claimed the lives of both drivers Wednesday near Webster City. The crash occurred shortly after noon when a car entered the westbound lanes of U.S. Highway 20, traveling eastbound.
