Man reaches plea deal in invasion of privacy case A Fort Dodge man accused of hiding in a bathroom to look at women has entered a plea agreement that will put him on probation and the state’s sex offender registry, according to court documents. Mark M. Martinson, 52, of 320 N. 22nd St., was initially charged with four counts of invasion of privacy. Humboldt County man sent to federal prison on gun charge A Bode man is headed to federal prison for eight years after pleading guilty to a gun crime, prosecutors reported. Lawrence Moore, 37, pleaded guilty in April to possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Iowa.
