A free community cook-out will be held from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 1 at Athletics for Education and Success, 712 Third St. N.W.
The menu will include burgers, hot dogs and more.
The cookout is sponsored by the Western Iowa Labor Federation and Athletics for Education and Success.
