Resurfacing on Second Avenue North begins Monday
Weather permitting, beginning Monday for about two weeks, Second Avenue North at North 22nd Street and Martin Luther King Drive will be closed to through traffic for resurfacing. Local traffic will have access. Motorists are urged to use an alternative route and caution in the area.
