Beginning today through Aug. 22 between 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. the Fort Dodge city warehouse department will be flushing the water mains in the following areas:

Zone 19 — The area located within the boundaries north and south from Fifth Avenue South to 12th Avenue South, east and west from South 29th Street to South Eighth Street.

Zone 22 — The area located within the boundaries north and south from 12th Avenue South to 18th Avenue South, east and west from South 29th Street to South 17th Street.

During the operation, users may experience discoloration of water. Any disruption should be short-lived. If you experience rusty water, call the Water Department at 573-7156 to report it.
