2014 Frontier Days parade awards
The Frontier Days Committee has announced the 2014 Frontier Days Parade awards from among the more than 150 entries.
The theme was “Frontier Days – Thank you for your service.”
The winners are:
Best theme float – First, Grace Lutheran Church; second, Moose Lodge, Fort Dodge; third, Fort Frenzy;
Best of parade – First, Community Health, Fort Dodge; second, Badger Lutheran Church;
Best from outside the city – Eagle Grove Chamber of Commerce; second, Tuff-N-Nuff Rodeo;
Best large commercial – First, Mid-Country Machinery; second, CJ BioAmerica; and
Best small commercial – Hollingsworth School of Dance and Gymnastics; second, The Cellar Restaurant and Lounge.
