Webster County Assessor earns state honors
Vinson named IPERS chair, chair for Central District of Assessors

Webster County Assessor Angie Vinson has been selected as the chair for the Central District of Assessors.
She was also nominated to be the chair of the district’s Iowa Public Employees Retirement System committee.
Vinson is currently the vice chair for the Central District of Assessors, a subgroup of the Iowa State Association of Assessors. This district includes Boone, Carroll, Dallas, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Jasper, Marshall, Polk, Poweshiek, Story, Tama, and Webster counties plus the city of Ames..
“We’d like to congratulate Angie on this incredible honor,” said Webster County Supervisor Niki Conrad. “We’re so proud of her expertise and the contributions she makes, not only in Webster County, but across the state.”
The mission of the Iowa State Association of Assessors is to promote excellence in property valuation by providing fair and equitable assessments for property owners and local governments in the state of Iowa.
