• Third Street Northwest from the dead end to Ninth Avenue Northwest.

• Riverside Street Northwest from Sixth Avenue Northwest to Ninth Avenue Northwest.

• Fifth Avenue Northwest between Third and Fourth streets northwest.

• Sixth Avenue Northwest between Third and Fifth streets northwest.

• Seventh Avenue Northwest between Riverside Street Northwest and Third Street Northwest.
