Two people were injured in a Wednesday morning crash in rural Humboldt County.

According to a crash report from the Iowa State Patrol, 21-year-old Gage Pederson, of Rolfe, was stopped at a stop sign at 230th Street and Iowa Avenue before attempting to make a left-hand turn in his 2010 Pontiac G6. The accident remains under investigation.

The ISP was assisted by the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office and Humboldt County Fire and Emergency Services.
