BADGER — A Badger man is facing an additional four charges of second-degree sexual abuse and two counts of invasion of privacy since he was initially arrested and charged with sex crimes in November.

According to the criminal complaints, Leonardo Gonzalez Pacheco, 19, allegedly sexually abused a minor under the age of 12 on at least four separate occasions dating back to April 2020. The Messenger does not identify victims of sex crimes.

Pacheco is also charged with two counts of invasion of privacy for allegedly filming a woman in the bathroom on two separate occasions in September.

Pacheco was previously charged with one count of second-degree sexual abuse on Nov. 30.

Pacheco is scheduled for a preliminary hearing in Webster County Magistrate Court on the new charges on Dec. 17. He is being held at the Webster County Jail on a $104,000 cash-only bond.
