EMMETSBURG — Drive-thru VFW Fish Fry, sponsored by the Kiwanis and Boy Scouts, is 5 to 7 p.m. TODAY at the VFW, Emmetsburg. All orders will be drive-thru take-out only. Vehicles should approach the VFW from Eighth Street north of the VFW and turn into the parking lot to pick up orders from the east door of the building. EMMETSBURG — Palo Alto Arts Council presents Classics at the Riviera Theatre at 4:30 p.m. SUNDAY. “In the Heat of the Night” will be shown. Admission is free.

BADGER — Badger Fire and Rescue is holding an all you can eat Fireman’s Breakfast from 7 a.m. to noon SUNDAY at the Badger Fire Station. Eggs, sausage, toast, coffee and milk will be served. Tickets are $7 per person and free for children 6 years and under. There will be also be a raffle.

HUMBOLDT — Humboldt Flea Market is 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. SATURDAY and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. SUNDAY at 2013 220th St., Humboldt. Admission and parking are free.

CLARION — VFW Fish Fry is 5 to 7 p.m. TODAY at the Heartland Museum, Clarion. The meal will be dine in or carry out. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for ages 5 to 12 and free for children age 4 and under.

CLARION — Clarion Coin Club “Spring” show is 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. SATURDAY at the Heartland Museum, Clarion. There will be free appraisals and a gold raffle. Wright County Health Department guidelines for COVID-19 protocols will be followed.

FORT DODGE — Hillbilly Sale and Flea Market is 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. SATURDAY and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. SUNDAY at the Webster County Fairgrounds, 22770 Old Highway 169 S. Gate admission is $2 per person 12 and over.

FORT DODGE — VFW Auxiliary Take-out Hot Beef Dinner begins at 4:30 p.m. until sold out SATURDAY at the VFW Post, 518 S. 29th St. The menu is hot beef, mashed potatoes, gravy, vegetable and dessert bar. Masks are required. Tickets are $8 per person.

FORT DODGE — The Almost Home Fundraiser Dart Tournament is noon SATURDAY at the Moose Lodge, 424 First Ave. S. Sign-up starts at noon with the tournament beginning at 1 p.m. Entry fee is $10 and an item to donate to Almost Home. Items needed include clumping kitty litter, kitten chow, dog treats/toys, bleach and paper towels. There will be a freewill donation meal of loose meat sandwichs, potato salad and chips. There will also be Jello shots, 50/50 raffle and bake sale. For more information, call the Moose Lodge at 573-7371 after 4 p.m. All proceeds will be donated to the residents of Almost Home Animal Shelter.

FORT DODGE — Holy Trinity Parish Respect for Life Garage Sale is 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. TODAY and 8 a.m. to noon SATURDAY at Corpus Christi Parish Center, 405 N. Eighth St. Items at the sale will include furniture, household and kitchen items, toys, books and more. Masks will be required.
