Richard Firmstone, site superintendent of the Webster County Courthouse clock tower project looks over plans and designs on Wednesday. Firmstone said pieces like the gutter fascia, crestings and acanthus leaves were made in France. Those pieces, if damaged, would take a few months to replace, Firmstone said. The finial, the top piece on the dome, was made in Missouri. The Mansard roof copper trims and all the clock tower copper with the exception of the finial and leaves, were fabricated by Baker Group, of Ankeny.
