Babysitting Clinic set in Pocahontas Co.
POCAHONTAS — ISU Extension and Outreach will be holding a Babysitting Clinic for fifth- and sixth-graders from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday at the Pocahontas County Extension and Outreach Office in Pocahontas. Participants will learn the basics of CPR, home safety, money management and how to make a healthy snack. They will finish the day discussing the ages and stages of young children. Participants will be provided a pizza lunch. Register early, for the class size is limited to 20 participants.
