Toys for Tots provides for thousands of children

DES MOINES — Fareway recently presented a check for $100,000 to the U.S. Marine Corps for their Toys for Tots campaign, which provides toys to less fortunate children during the holiday season. More than 70 pallets of toys were collected and donated. Coleman honored posthumously with Iowa Soybean Association award

HUMBOLDT — Dean Coleman, of Humboldt, who passed away last fall from injuries sustained in a farm-related accident, was honored for his many contributions to the soybean industry with an Iowa Soybean Association leadership award.
