Eric Doyle, owner of the local Wausau Homes in Fort Dodge, recently earned the Voice of the Customer award by excelling at being the trusted advisor to past home buyers by earning a 93 percent rating.

J.D. Power and Associates average rating for new home builders is 83 percent.

The award was based upon past homebuyers being surveyed on builder satisfaction, builder quality and likeliness of referring their builder to family and friends.

Doyle was presented with the award at the annual Wausau Homes Builder Conference in Madison, Wisconsin.

“Our first priority is to make sure our homebuyers are enjoying the process of building their dream home,” Doyle said. “So this award is very reassuring that we are meeting our goal of satisfied homebuyers.”
