The Fort Dodge Public Library and Paradise Playhouse present an original one-woman musical about Katharine Hepburn. Hepburn was known for her headstrong independence, spirited personality, and outspokenness, cultivating a screen persona that matched this public image, and regularly playing strong-willed, sophisticated women. In “Kate!” she musically tells the story of her life, including her partnership with Spencer Tracy and other amours, her upbringing, her Broadway work, and events in her life that made her tick.
